Two Victims Revealed in Brown University Attack as Police Press On With Manhunt for Gunman.

Two students who were killed in the recent tragic incident in Providence were honored at the start of the week – as a manhunt for their shooter carried on following the release by authorities in Rhode Island of the single suspect detained in connection in the case.

Remembering Ella Cook

The young woman Ella Cook, a second-year scholar from Alabama, was described as “an amazing, stable, pious, radiant soul”, as stated by the Advent Cathedral in Birmingham, which offered condolences for her at a gathering on Sunday.

Cook was second-in-command of Brown’s chapter of College Republicans of America, the group said. The White House press secretary also posted condolences online, saying in part: “It's indescribable. Remembering her kin and peers, especially her parents.”
